    Our DEIB team operates during officially allocated working hours, ensuring that this important work is recognized as a core responsibility—not a volunteer effort.

    We actively partner with organizations such as the Pride Business Alliance, The Fish Family Foundation, JobRainbow Co., Ltd. and Women & ESG Alliance to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion beyond our own organization and into the broader community.

  • Public Speaking Opportunities

    Members of our DEIB team regularly speak at external events, sharing our initiatives, challenges, and successes to inspire and collaborate with others in the ecosystem.

    We have implemented a comprehensive Code of Conduct for both clients and visitors to ensure that our space remains respectful, inclusive, and safe for everyone.

Nursing Room

A private space equipped with a refrigerator, designed to support working parents.

Prayer Room

A calm and private space with prayer mats available for use.

Wheelchair Accessible

The entire facility is wheelchair-friendly and designed with full accessibility in mind.

Bilingual Support

Our staff can assist in multiple languages, and all signage and information is provided in both Japanese and English.

EVENT

CIC Japan holds at least 1 DEIB-related event every quarter.

In 2023, out of 76 events (CIC hosted/co-hosted)…
