STAFF
Kay is Site Director at CIC Tokyo, leading strategy and execution for startup support and site operations. His career includes roles in store operations and supply chain management at Starbucks Coffee Japan and as Area Manager at WeWork Japan. He also served as a core founding member of TIB (Tokyo Innovation Base), a Tokyo Metropolitan Government initiative, throughout 2025 and holds an MBA from Aoyama Gakuin University.
After working as a sales representative for bioscience products at Veritas Corporation, she joined CIC in 2023 as a Sales & Relationship Manager. She graduated from Meiji University’s School of Global Japanese Studies and is fluent in Japanese and English.
