Join the inaugural cohort of JIP Boston

CIC is partnering with JETRO to host the inaugural JETRO Innovation Program (JIP) in Boston.
JIP Boston at CIC will support high potential Japanese life sciences and healthcare related startups in entering the Boston life sciences ecosystem and building meaningful connections with diverse stakeholders.

Calling for life sciences and healthcare startups with IP

Life sciences and healthcare related startups (e.g., pharmaceuticals, digital health, medical device, computational biology, other healthcare services) with IP
Early to middle stage (including pre-registered)
Application deadline October 5, 2020. Results announced October 21, 2020.

Schedule

- Tokyo Training Phase (online/offline) November 16 – November 18
- Individual Mentoring Phase (online) 8 December – January 22
- Boston Networking Phase (online) February 1 – 14

Seminars: Topics including a deep dive into the Boston life sciences ecosystem, how to pitch effectively to US investors.

Pitch Events: Pitch your idea and get feedback from industry experts.

Mentoring: Receive individualized mentoring on how to position your business to succeed in the US market.

One-on-one meetings: Be matched with local investors and potential strategic partners.
