STAFF
Graduating from Waseda University with a degree in Law and later earning an MBA from a Massachusetts state university, Minako began their career at an economic think tank. She then joined the project management team for Venture Café and CIC’s expansion into Asia. Following the establishment of CIC Japan, Minako held roles as Sales Director and Operations General Manager before assuming her current position. Mianko also serves as a board member of Venture Café Tokyo.
After graduating from Seinan Gakuin University, she joined Plan･Do･See, where she worked in hotel and wedding-related operations. She later pursued language studies in Bordeaux, France. In 2020, she joined CIC Tokyo as one of its founding members, beginning her career as a Community Specialist. She now works as a Relationship Manager, focusing on sales. She is fluent in English, French and Korean
After working as a sales representative for bioscience products at Veritas Corporation, she joined CIC in 2023 as a Sales & Relationship Manager. She graduated from Meiji University’s School of Global Japanese Studies and is fluent in Japanese and English.
